Purpose
Zelmira Learning S.A.S (CUIT 30719324238), domiciled in the Argentine Republic, represented by Florencia de Zavalia, CEO (DNI 36420878), issues this statement about the scope of the Zelmira Learning platform.
Statements
I. No official credentials
Zelmira Learning does not issue degrees, diplomas, certificates, or accreditations with any official validity. Materials generated by the Platform are pedagogical support tools only.
II. It does not replace professional judgment
The Platform assists teachers, educational psychologists, and other education professionals. It never replaces their judgment. Generated content is a suggestion that the professional must review, validate, and approve. Pedagogical, clinical, and therapeutic responsibility stays entirely with that professional.
III. No clinical or therapeutic diagnosis
Zelmira Learning does not make, and the Platform is not designed to make, clinical, psychological, educational-psychology, or therapeutic diagnoses. Nothing the Platform produces should be read as a diagnosis or as a medical, therapeutic, or psychological prescription.
IV. Children's data and sensitive data
Zelmira Learning does not collect children's personal data directly. The Platform is for adult education professionals. If a user or a school uploads information that could identify a minor, or sensitive data under article 2 of Law 25,326, the user confirms they have valid consent from the responsible adult under Law 26,061, authorization from the school when the work is institutional, and compliance with Law 25,326. These duties are also set out in the Terms and the Privacy Policy. We may suspend access if they are not met.
